LiveAgent KB integration

You can now import your LiveAgent knowledge base into Airim's content manager in seconds! Here's how.

Knowledge base imports can be managed via .

Step1:

To import articles from your LiveAgent account, click "Import FAQs" and from the dropdown list, select "LiveAgent".

Step 2:

Enter the complete URL of your Support page

Step 3:

Enter your LiveAgent API key and click "Import".

After a few seconds, you will be able to view all articles in your Content Manager.
