# LiveAgent KB integration

Knowledge base imports can be managed via [Content Manager](https://app.airim.co/home/faqsManager/).

**Step1:**

To import articles from your LiveAgent account, click "**Import FAQs**" and from the dropdown list, select "**LiveAgent**".

**Step 2:**

Enter the complete **URL** of your Support page

**Step 3:**

Enter your LiveAgent API key and click **"Import**".

After a few seconds, you will be able to view all articles in your Content Manager.
