ConvertFox (Gist) KB integration

You can now import your knowledge base into Airim's content manager from ConvertFox in seconds! Here's how.

Knowledge base imports can be managed via Content Manager.

Step1:

To import articles from your ConvertFox / Gist account, click "Import FAQs" and from the dropdown list, select "ConvertFox / Gist".

Step 2:

Enter the complete URL of your Support page and click "Import".

After a few seconds, you will be able to view all articles in your Content Manager.
